i have been trying to get my real birth records but i get the run around can someone help me get them thank you

Have you been trying to obtain these records from the town where you were born, or from the state? Everyone born in Maine now has the right to receive a copy of his or her original birth certificate through the Office of Vital Records. They have a special "Application for Adult Adoptee to Original Birth Certificate Form" on this page.
