I am searching for birth and marriage and death information on Hazel D. D. Stevens, youngest child of Herbert Llewellyn Stevens and Lenora Frances Dunbar Stevens. She was born near Belfast, Maine about 1918. Her older siblings were Edmund, Charles W., Adaline and Mary. Can anyone help??

She was twice married—first to Lawrence H. Harvey, 10 May 1941; and second to John W. Dalton, in Oct. 1962. She died 30 Mar. 1976 in Belfast. Her obituary will be found in the Bangor Daily News of 1 Apr. 1976:
BELFAST — Hazel D. Dalton, 58, died March 30 at a Belfast hospital. She was born in Belfast Aug. 23, 1917, the daughter of Herbert and Lenora (Dunbar) Stevens Sr. She was the widow of John Dalton. She is survived by one daughter, Phyllis Johnston of Texas; two brothers, Charles Stevens of Penobscot and Herbert Stevens Jr. of Belfast; one sister, Mrs. Charles (Mable) Knowlton Sr. of Belfast. Funeral services will be held at the Coombs Funeral Home, Belfast, Friday at 1 p.m., the Rev. Cecil Farley officiating. Burial will be in the family lot of the Grove Cemetery in Belfast. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday 4 to 8 p.m.
