Rebecca Chamberlain
I too am researching Rebecca Chamberlain she is my 8th great grandmother. I am hoping to make a trip this summer to Salem and hope to find the grave of her and William. However it seems she may be in an unmarked grave. Very interesting and sad for what the end of her life was. What is you relationship to her?

Hi, Sharon -- My line goes back from Charlotte Chamberlain, born in Alton,NH, to her father, Ephraim (born 1773) & mother Mary "Mercy" Davis, (they are buried in Gilmanton Iron Works, NH) to Ephraim born 1742, Rochester, NH) to William chamberlain, born abt 1697 in Old cambridge, MA and Mary Tibbets. They are Rebecca's parents, I think. This is material I received from J. B. Parker, of the Chamberlain Family Association. If you have not been in contact with them, I highly recommend it! My contact came about through a couple of directions, and I have been in touch with one of the Chamberlain descendants who lives in Alton, NH. Now may I ask you about Rebecca? Is she the Rebecca/Rebecka Trickey referred to in William Chamberlains's will? Please stay in touch, and I'll be happy to share any info that I have. My Charlotte married Gamaliel Pineo, and after living in Barnstead, NH moved to eastern Maine, living in Columbia. I came upon her while chasing the Pineo line for DAR papers.

are you talking about Rebecca Chamberlain b) 28 Feb 1736 in Pembroke MA d) 15 Sept 1818 Harvard, Worcester, MA???
If so...she is my 6th great grand aunt.....her brother Job is my 6th great grandfather....
