His brother Reuben K. Higgins also moved to St. John, NB.
Nathan A. Higgins's son Nathan Augustus Higgins (II) (b 1864, NB)married Sarah A. Kyle. They moved thier family to Cambridge, MA (You can see them in the 1900 US census of Cambridge, MA) most of their children were born in NB (St. John?) the last two were born in Cambridge: Samuel M (Nathaniel) Higgins b. 12/24/1891, and Nathan Augustus Higgins III born I believe in 1894.
Samuel Nathaniel Higgins is my great grandfather-he married; Mary Anne Bernardine Cabrey (On her birth record is is Carberry-on Marriage it is Cabrey, on Samuel's draft cards it is Carberry). They had several children (I have a tree on Ancestry.com) one of whom was my grandfather: Joseph Fredrick Higgins. (b 1913-1942 WWII) he married Margaret Mary Wilson (1911-2002).
I am also researching the Paine ancestors of Simeon Higgins, and their connection to Mayflower Pilgrim Stephen Hopkins (ancestor to Phebe Paine who married Jedidiah Higgins)
Been trying to locate any records pertaining to my Higgins line listed above. Was wondering if you may have any additional info?

- Deb - I don't use Ancestry.com's family trees, so I'm not sure how they handle sourcing from external sources. So I'm not sure I can answer your question.
For the databases that I am hosting on this site, I do try to supply source citations and "permalinks" at the bottom of each individual record (for example). For the records on this site that are provided by FamilySearch (like this) you would have to create your own citations using the information supplied in the record. By clicking on the film number, you'll be taken to the appropriate entry in the Family History Library Catalog, showing the original source of the record.
