I know Thomas showed up in Kittery in 1650 but no info on how he got there. There possibly was a Thomas Hanscom in Salem in 1630 but he disappears from record after that. Im also looking for info on the land that the Hanscoms owned in Eliot and info on where a few of my ancesters might be buried. Anything that you have would be greatly appreciated. I have read about both the Spencers and especially Chadbornes. A very impressive family in Kittery history. Thanks for getting in touch.
