how to make photo album on this site

I know this sounds ridiculous, but I cannot make the photo album work for me. I sent a message the other day to "report an issue" but haven't heard back. I also checked other forums. I've tried this in Firefox and Safari with the same results. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
