Line 1 - Aaron, Donald, John, Daniel, Daniel, Jonathan, Jonathan, John E., Charlotte - She marries a man named Dustin, Has a daughter named Abbie who's middle name is Bean for her grandfathers family. Abbie meets a distant cousin and they marry. They are my Gr., Gr., grandparents. This line will be picked up from here in "Line 2.
Line 2 - Aaron, Donald, John, James, Edward, John Edward, John, David, the elder, David, the Younger ..... and here is where we meet Abbie and they marry and among others have my Gr. grandfather which is where the line stops in online records so I'm going to have to get busy and bring it current. Hope this is of some entertainment and or use to anybody interested.
Hello Jan, The surname "How" has become "Howe" over time. My name is Charles Howe but in tracing my line it goes back to John How of Sudbury, Ma. b. nov. 20, 1620 d. ( exact date unknown )1680. most if not all "How's" have added the silent "e" to their surnames. I hope this is some help.

I am looking to tie my 3rd gr grandfather Solomon Farr, born ca 1827 in New Gloucester, Maine to Simeon and Mary (Wilbur) Farr of Durham /New Gloucester, Maine area. I have much circumstantial evidence but can not find proof. I have a younger brother named John Fordyce Farr... he was named for our paternal and maternal gr grandfathers, John Willard Farr and Fordyce Israel McAlister.
Hi Jan,
The ancestor I am researching, Eliza M Pierce (Feeney), married a William Williams in 1872 in Augusta. They had three children. I am hoping to find the descendants of their children (Addie, Daniel, and Maude) born 1874, 1876, and 1878. I am descended from Eliza through her previous marriage to Bernard Feeney.
Hi Jan,
I am looking for a John Dean that left Scotland around 1828. Would have been born around 1802. My mother has a letter that his family in Scotland received a letter from him in 1850 from Orono, Maine. He talks about belonging to a Temperance Society. We believe that he is the John Dean that was in charge of the Stillwater Canal there. We would like to find out when he died, where he is buried, and if there were any decendants.
