I don't know how this works so this is the first time on here. I am looking for information about the above lady, Etta Y. Phynex Mitchell or her husband Amansel Mitchill. She was one of the first Police Matrons of Lewiston, Maine. She died in 1930. She was an amazing woman and she is my great great grandmother.
