I found where Pamelia Emerson was buried in Chatham. Still I havenot been able to find Thomas Grace's death or William Nelson Grace's death. I have wondered if William died in the Civil War. It maybe why I cant find his record.

My Richardsons go back to Philip P Richardson and Lydia Dow who married in Pembroke, Merrimack NH in 1794. Their son Philip married Esther Laughton (2nd wife) in New Sharon Maine in 1834 and then their daughter Louisa Amata Richardson married my great great grandfather Jonathan Phelps West in 1865, probably in Upton, Maine.

Scott, we're definitely cousins from the Barrows line. Harvey's grandfather Ansel Barrows was the brother of my ancestor Asa Barrows. Their parents were Moses Barrows and Deborah Totman.

No connection though that I can find yet through the Richardsons,

though!

Hi  Scott, It's possible we might be related because while I don't know all the particulars yet on the Richardsons, my relatives did live near Norway Maine. Which Barrows are you related to?

Yes, the Angel Gabriels story is worth a novel or a movie - and the biggest coincidence is that my paternal ancestor  - William Furber - arrived on the same ship! William eventually goes to Dover NH and some of his descdendants come to Maine abt 1813. Ralph Blaisdell  - my maternal ancestor - goes first to York then to Salisbury Mass and his descendant Ebenezer comes to York Maine about 1815. Three hundred years later their descendants met and married!!!!

Charlotte Buzzell (b abt 1796) is dau of Elijah and Mary/Polly (Emery) Blaisdell. Polly is dau of John & Adah (Emery) Emery of York (I can give those lines back if you want).  Elijah is son of Daniel and Mary (Allen) Blaisdell; Daniel is son of Ebenezer and Lydia (Webber) Blaisdell; Ebenezer is son of Ebenezer and Abigail (Ingersol) Blaisdell; Ebenezer is son of Ebenezer and Sarah (Colby) Blaisdell; Ebenezer is son of Henry and Mary (Haddon) Blaisdell; Henry is son of Ralph and Elizabeth (Parker) Blaisdell. Ralph Blaisdell, his wife, and son Henry arrived in America on the Angel Gabriel which was wrecked in Pemaquid Aug 15, 1635. A memorial plaque was erected last summer at Colonial Pemaquid State Park.

Maine Families in 1790 also notes that both Charlotte and Joseph were of York - perhaps you could find more about him in York VRs - what is your connection to Blaisdells? I have lots and lots of stuff on them as I am now the Editor of Blaisdell Papers.
