WINSLOW -- Elmarine W. Richards was a veteran of the Civil War. He died Jan. 26, 1908, when he was 63.His remains are buried at the Fort Hill Cemetery off Halifax Street, right beside his mother, Sarah Richards.Both graves have been identified by the town government as being in jeopardy, because they're near the edge of an unstable slope.Read more here …See More

Thanks Ward, I'm not anyway near finished adding them all yet. I have many more to add. I'm hoping to find someone to connect some of these with. I think we all go back to Richard Kimball the original ancestor, but mine is a broken line so far. I feel I know the line as complete but have a gap that can't be verified. My grandfather never had a birth certificate because the doctor that delivered him never turned the info into the state as he should have. Life is strange, isn't it?
