I would like to share this great newspaper archive called "Friends of Island History"  I found with any who are researching in the Bar Harbor,Hancock County area .These newspapers also mention news from other towns in Hancock County.The site is free but you must register.

I also found this site a few days ago only to find that it's down for maintenance... unless I'm doing something wrong.
