Looking for Charles Smith who married Iva Netta Tuttle. I believe that they were from the Skowhegan area. I would love information on his parents. family record has him named Charles after his father but I have not been able to confirm this . They also had several children the 2 youngest were Rose and Elltanella who were given up for adoption. I believe that Iva died giving birth to them. I know that Elltanella was adopted by Philip Gaudreau but I do not know who Rose went to.
