looking for a reference for Topsham vital records listed on this website.

This book is listed in the bibliography for Topsham:

Hill, Mary Pelham, comp., Vital records of Topsham, Maine, to the year 1892 [Vol I: Births] ([Concord, N.H., Rumford Press] 1929-30)

Usually I can find something online but absolutely nothing exists. Does anyone know where a copy of this may be?
