I have recently acquired a complete copy of this book as an ebook from Barns & Noble.com at no cost. It is also available from Google.com as a free book for anyone with a computer, iPad or similar device.
I found information about my 6th. great grandfather, Philip Hubbard including;
1. Land purchases in Berwick in 1692 and 1706 along with title information and location of his home and Garrison.
2. He was a Berwick Selectman on 29Sep.1713 when Berwick suceeded from Kittery and was incorporated a seperate town.
3. His mariage to Eliz.(Goodwin) Emery 22Dec.1692 and their descendants through the 4th. generation.
This book has long been out of print but is now available to anyone with a computer of iPad.
There are also many other books on Maine history and genealogical subjects which are and are becoming available free as eBooks.
The picture is of the Hubbard Garrison off Old Field Rd, in Berwick as sketched by my great aunt Josie W. Hubbard in the 1920's
