Hubbards in Maine
My Maine ancestors began with Phillippe Hubert(Hubbard) who was born in 1666 in St.Savoirs, Isle of Jersey, England and married Elizabeth Roberts in Berwick in 1693. I am especially interested in tracking his and his descendants involvement during the French & Indian Wars in Maine. I am eighth in line from Phillippe.

The only Hubbard I know was Dr. Roscoe Hubbard of Waterford. He was a general practioner & had an office in his home. He was an 'old time family doctor'. I needed an exam prior to entering Fryeburg Academy. His hearing test: "How's your hearing?" Don't know if he is any relation to you.
