Does anyone know where there are cemeteries in East Lincoln? For an acquaintance, trying to find burial place of Freeman Coffin, wife Rosaline, and possibly daughter Lizzie Coffin Clark.Continue

"Teachers' names were sometimes printed in annual town reports. Fogler Library has Richmond town reports only through 1910. You might try contacting the Umberhine Library in Richmond to see if they have copies of the 1925-30 reports."

Seeking to connect with Towle, Cox and Osborne descendents - Lewiston area

I have just added to my Calvin T. Towle family line with families of Addison Osborne (m. Nancy Lydia Towle) and Herbert Towle Cox (m. Mary Towle daughter of Frank H. Towle). Herbert Cox/Mary Towle had at least 9 children, some of whom might still be alive. Family resided in Lewiston. Osbornes also Lewiston, burials in Riverside Cemetery. Seeking info on Joshua Towle-Nancy Elkins-Lydia Elkins Corson, Exeter, Corinna area ME

Lydia Elkins of Fayette  married Ebenezer Corson, April 5, 1831 (Corinna town records). Nancy Page Towle, her sister, married Joshua Towle Feb. 4, 1827  in either Exeter or Fayette. Lydia and Ebenezer were probably parents of Calvin T. Corson born in Corinna 1832 - 1835. At age 21, Calvin legally changed his name to Calvin T. Towle, and his death certificate reads "name of father - Joshua," birth place Exeter, NH and "maiden name of mother  N. Elkins" of Fayette. Looking for more info on…
