I am trying to locate my GG grandfather's family.  I do know that Randall Tyler was born in Maine in 1798 but I don't know what county or have any more information than that.  I know he came to Ohio around 1830's or so as he married Elizabeth Harriman there.  I think his father may be named Samuel Tyler but not sure.

If anyone can help me with research in Maine I sure would appreciate it as I live in Alabama.
