Corey, Malcolm

Looking for information on the following person:  Malcolm Corey.  Malcolm was b. 1840 in NB.  He married first Bessie May Ryan and second, Annie Carvelle.  Both marriages were in Houlton, ME.  There were seven children of Malcolm's marriage to Bessie May Ryan -- two were twins, Frank and Charles Henry who may have settled in Maine. (I believe that William Allen Corey of E. Holden may have been the son of Charles Henry.)   I can find no information on the place and death of Malcolm, Frank or… Continue

Alfred Isaac Philbrook

I am searching for information on Alfred Isaac Philbrook, b 10 Dec 1870 in either Aroostook County or Canada. He married Maud Mae Cossar 13 Jul 1897 in Carroll, Maine. Family history dictates Alfred was adopted and his mother's name was most probably Annie. He was either born a Monroe or raised by a family named Monroe but I cannot find any information prior to his marriage to Maud. I'm not even sure if the adoption was formal. Any suggestions for doing further research is greatly appreciated.

Radolphus Bowers Coose

I am searching for Radolphus B Coose, born in 1838 in Hope, Maine.  He is the son of Robert Elwell Coose and second wife, Lydia Mo(w)rey.  Lydia died when Radolphus was only two and his father remarried when he was three.  In 1850, Radolfas(his name is spelled several different ways, including Rudolphus) is twelve and living with his father and step-mother in Camden, Maine.  After this census, Radolphus disappears.  I do know he was named after a man named Rudolphus(?)… Continue
