Seems like roberts father may not nbe francis russell although all the first names fit Margarets maiden name was Stuart not MacDonald as seen in the books about the early founding of the Miramichi Valley. So now I'm stumped !?????????????????? still more questions than answers.

OK so Harvey R Russell's marriage registers his fathers Birthplace as Miramichi N.B. Canada and says margaret born there as well but Fisher Angus Russell record of birth register's Margarets birthplaces as Papan Canada. Where would Papan be? is that PEI or glenelg parrish along the coast?

I am currently working on my Comeau line. They came from New Brunswick to the Lewiston area and then Lisbon. My granduncle was Angus Luc Comeau (born Auguste Luc according to the 1891 Can. census). His parents were Luke (Luc?) Comeau and Virginie Caissie. He married Sophie Waquier(changed to Walker in US). They had 3 children; Joan Rose, and Theodore. Joan married Rosario Joseph Croteau May 3, 1947. It was his second marriage, her first. I believe she is still living today at the age of…

My great great grandmother was Mary Ellen Carson born in WI. Her parents were David Morrill Carson and Mary Jane Robinson both born in Maine. David's parents were James B Carson and Mary Polly Greeley. James' parents were William Carson and Hannah Savage. William's parents were Adam Carson and Alice Ellice Anderson. All from Maine. I don't know much about them. Dates seem to get a little missed up going back that far. I would like to know more and hopefully learn about some Irish heritage.…

I am looking for information about my husband's grandfather Frank Pearl Cram born in Sherman in 1890. His wife Margaret Louise Kelley is buried in St Benedict's cemetery, Benedicta. I have the basic info, but am looking for his parent's names.
Thanks

I am happy to say that there will be a big family gathering in Maine this fall! Everyone who can will be heading to the family homestead and I hope to meet many cousins who I do not know. Between now and then I will be polishing up my genealogy work and hopefully filling in a few blanks, solving a mystery or two. Of course a few extra days added on to the trek to do some research!
