Looking for information on the Drew family that immigrated to the Portland Maine area before 1900. My grandmother was part of this group of 2 brothers and 4 sisters (plus her) that came from PEI. I have found census records from 1900 and work records, for the older girls, from 1899. Male adoptee born on November 17, 1965 searching for his biological Father. Not much information is available via the adoption records. The biological Father was 32 years old, a Truck Driver, and may have resided in the Bangor, Maine area. The adoptee's biological Mother was 19, Strawberry Blonde, and was originally from Sorrento, Maine. She gave birth in Yonkers, NY.
