William and Hannah Walton had a son, Henry A Walton born in 1840 in Portland Maine. I can find no birth certificate. Henry then shows up on the 1850 census living with John Walton .. not sure what the relationship is. I found a clipping stating a William Walton died of Fever in 1848 in Norway Maine. I can find no death certificate. Because of this clipping I believe John Walton was William's brother and took custody of Henry. I have never found anything that mentions Henry's mother Hannah.…
