When did the family live in Rumford? And do you have a first name for Joseph's wife?

After much searching, I found the obituary of Albert E. Arsenault, husband of Yvonne "Quirron". It says that he was born 3 Jan. 1913 in Rumford, the son of Peter N. and Marie Emma Richard Arsenault.

Here's the family of Peter M. and Marie E. Arsenault in the 1930 census. This is the marriage record of Peter and Emma. And this is possibly the marriage record of Albert and Yvonne.

I also found the obituary of Emma Arsenault.
