It looks like the index is not an "every name" index, so you might have to search each volume individually for the Cloughs. Here are search results for Volume 1, Volume 2, Volume 3, and Volume 4.
Thanks, Chris. My husband and I will be in Maine next month for 3 days and plan to visit Freeport's Webster Cemetery. My father told me his great grandfather Samuel K. Coffin and gg grandfather Stephen Coffin are buried there. Can you tell me the best way to go about locating their graves? Also his grandmother Lizzie Emma Coffin and aunt are buried in Portland. Is there a registry or a person I should write to for more information? I have the name of the cemetery but will need to dig through some papers to find it.

The town clerk in Freeport might be able to connect you with the sexton in charge of Webster Cemetery. It looks to be about an acre of graves on Google Maps.
This page has info (perhaps outdated) on cemeteries in Portland.
