Looking for information on the following person:  Malcolm Corey.  Malcolm was b. 1840 in NB.  He married first Bessie May Ryan and second, Annie Carvelle.  Both marriages were in Houlton, ME.  There were seven children of Malcolm's marriage to Bessie May Ryan -- two were twins, Frank and Charles Henry who may have settled in Maine. (I believe that William Allen Corey of E. Holden may have been the son of Charles Henry.)   I can find no information on the place and death of Malcolm, Frank or Charles.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The 1891 census for Queensbury, N. B., shows Charles and Frank living with Duncan and Bessey Mooers (or Moores). Presumably had Bessie remarried.

Frank was still living in Queensbury with his mother in 1901. In New Brunswick Vital Records you'll find the marriage record of Frank Corey, 28, born in Temperance Vale, son of Malcolm and Bessie Corey, to Maggie Pickard, 19, daughter of Humphrey and Lizzie Pickard, born in Lake George. They married 23 Sept. 1904. They lived in Dumfries, York Co., N. B., in 1911.

I found in Maine Vital Records a marriage record for Charles. Charles H. Corey of Woodstock, N. B., 26, b. Queensbury, N. B., married Maggie Tapley, 24, b. York Co., N. B., 28 Feb. 1902 in Houlton, Maine. He was the son of Malcolm Corey (b. York Co., N. B., deceased) and Bessie Ryans (b. York Co, N. B., resident of York Co., N. B.). She was the daughter of Frederick Tapley (b. York Co., N. B., resident of Woodstock, N. B.).

If you search NB VRs you'll find birth certificates for two children of Charles Henry Corey and Margaret Mae Tapley born in Carleton County, N. B., in 1903 and 1908. The 1911 census shows the couple living in Woodstock, N. B., with four children. (Incidentally, you'll also find Charles' birth certificate in the New Brunswick database.)

There was a different Charles H. Corey who lived in the Houlton area, whose wife was Camilla "Millie" Stockford. They had a son Willie Edmund, b. 1890 in Hodgdon.

Thank you very much for your research.  I appreciate it.  Malcolm eludes me.  In your third paragraph you note that Malcolm was deceased at the time of his son Charles' marriage to Maggie Tapley.  Am I correct in my reading that the marriage took place on 28 Feb. 1902 or was that the date of Maggie's birth.  If it is the date of their marriage I gather that Malcolm died before 1902.  Question is when and where.

Yes, the marriage was in 1902. I wasn't able to find any information on Malcolm's death, but it seems to have occurred before this date.
