BETHEL—Marion S. Coolidge, 60, died late Friday night at the Andrews Nursing Home, South Paris, after a long illness.
She was born in Harvard, Mass., Sept. 23, 1907, daughter of Herman and Grace Grover Skillings. She was graduated from Gould Academy in 1926 and attended Farmington and Gorham State Teachers Colleges. Mrs. Coolidge taught several years in the elementary schools of Bethel and was a former member of Pleasant Valley Grange, West Bethel. On Dec. 24, 1938, she was married to Lester E. Coolidge.
Surviving are her husband of Bethel; two step-sons, Lester Coolidge Jr. of Locke Mills and William Coolidge, Hastings, Mich.; 10 step-grandchildren; a brother, Albert Skillings, Bethel; and a sister, Mrs. Joan Coolidge, also of Bethel
DIEDAt So. Paris, May 10, 1968, Mrs. Marion S. Coolidge, age 60. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 1:30 p.m. at I. W. Andrews & Son Funeral Home, So. Woodstock, Rev. George Stebbins officiating. Interment, Riverside Cemetery, Bethel. Visiting hours, Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
