Noyes-Baskell, Lucy of Portland, Cumberland, Maine: Weekly Journal Miner (Prescott, Yavapai, Arizona Territory)11 Nov 1896 page 3

Judge A. O. Noyes is in receipt today of sad news, announcing the death of an only sister, Mrs. Lucy M. Haskell, at Portland Maine, a few days since in the 76th year of her age.  The deceased lady was also an aunt of A. S. Haskell of Jerome,  Of a family of eleven children, Judge Noyes is the only one who survives, and strange as it seems, since leaving his native state, over a third of a century ago, he has not up to the present time, mingled with those who were so close to him.  He was preparing nevertheless, to visit his birth-place soon, but death has forever taken from him the one who in life he held so near and dear.
