Pikes
I am looking for information on the Pike family of Saco Maine. My great great Grandmother was Elizabeth D. Pike, born 1807 in Saco, married Pliny Groves in 1825/1826, died and is buried in Hamlin, New York in 1881.

Mr. Pliny Groves of Boston and Miss Elizabeth Pike of Saco were married 8 Nov. 1825, their marriage recorded in Biddeford.
The Groves family history gives Elizabeth's birth date as 29 March 1807. Elizabeth Dennis Pike, daughter of Moses and Sally Dennis Pike, was born 29 March 1806 in Saco. Her parents were Moses French Pike of Pepperrellborough (Saco) and Sally Dennis Griffin of Salisbury, Masachsusetts.
